Does it edit my theme?

No.

Does it automatically change order, customer, or product notes?

No. Merchants review writebacks first.

Why does it need order and customer access?

To read and manage order and customer notes in one hub.

Does it read customer emails or addresses?

Not by default.

Does it store note content?

Yes, encrypted, to provide search and workflow features.

Can the app owner see my notes?

No. The owner/admin panel is designed to show operational metadata, not note content.

Can it access older than 60 days orders?

Not in the MVP unless additional Shopify approval is granted.
